  5. Get paid when the client pays. Simple.
The fine print, in plain words. Commission is payable once the referred client's invoice is paid, on work ex GST. Recurring commission runs for 12 months per client (white-label partners: uncapped while the client stays active). Email & phone services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Cloud PBX) are excluded — we're commissioned by those suppliers directly. If you're an accountant or solicitor, your professional rules likely require you to disclose this arrangement to your client — please do; we're happy for you to.
